have you left your bed yet? stretching and having a quick walk around the house can help!! try and get some fresh air too if you can :)
when did you last get some rest? sometimes, a nap can help a lot! &. if your body feels tired, listen to it and rest! even if you can't rest, laying down and closing your eyes can do a lot too :)
is your room/area clean? if you have the energy, try and clean up! by doing some simple things like taking out used dishes, making your bed or doing your laundry can make a huge difference to your mindset and mental health!
